Terms & Conditions
* Pricing is product unit price per cubic-yard and is based on full truckloads, call for pricing on less than full truckloads. Pricing does not include delivery charge, call for delivery rate.
* Pricing does not include applicable sales tax.
* Pricing is based on terms of Net 30 with approved credit.
* We accept Visa and Master Card; 2% discount off product price (not delivery) IF purchased with credit card.
* Deliveries originate from Corona, CA or Temecula, CA.
* Deliveries are in 18-wheel tractor trailers with 45 foot trailers; delivery locations must be able to accommodate. If truck and transfer is required, maximum load size is 45 cubic-yards.
* Soil deliveries are in truck and transfer.
* Minimum delivery is 25 cubic-yards.
* NLO reserves the right to file California Preliminary Notices, information required at the time the order is placed.
* All products are sold bulk and are loaded on a loose-fill basis; some settling is expected and normally occurs during shipment.
